Color theory is what makes my heart skip a beat, and I love using it to bring your dream hair to life. When you’re in my chair, my goal is not only to give you beautiful, healthy hair, but also an experience that’s fun, relaxing, and full of good vibes. 💕
CANCELLATION POLICY
💼 POLICIES | Looks by Mely ✨ Please read before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following: ⸻ ✨ Cancellations & No-Shows • A 70% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to rebook. • No-shows will be charged 70% of the scheduled service and blocked from future bookings. • Clients who are 20+ minutes late without notice will be marked as a no-show and a 70% fee will be charged. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling • Each deposit includes one complimentary reschedule, as long as it’s 48+ hours in advance. • Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. • Reschedules must take place within the same month as the original appointment or the deposit will be forfeited. • Re-dos (if needed) must be scheduled within 1 week of the original appointment. ⸻ 💳 Payments & Card Policy • If your card declines at the time of the cancellation fee charge, you will be blocked from booking until the fee is paid. • Final Sale.
