💼 POLICIES | Looks by Mely ✨ Thank you for choosing to book with me. My goal is to provide a calm, personalized, and high-quality experience for every guest. These policies help protect both our time and ensure each appointment runs smoothly. By booking, you agree to the following: ✨ Deposits To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit: • Is applied toward your service total • Is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show • May be transferred once if rescheduled at least 48+ hours in advance • Must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date ✨ Cancellations & No-Shows I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 70% of the scheduled service total • Your deposit will be applied toward this fee, and any remaining balance will still be due • No-shows will be charged 70% of the service total and will not be eligible for future bookings until the balance is resolved • Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show, due to the impact on the schedule 🔁 Rescheduling I completely understand that life happens. • One reschedule is included with your deposit when made 48+ hours in advance • Additional changes will require a new deposit • Rescheduled appointments must be used within 30 days of the original appointment Redo appointments, if needed, should be scheduled within 1 week so I can best take care of your hair while it’s still fresh. 💳 Payments A card on file is required to secure all appointments. • All services are final sale • If any balance from a cancellation or no-show fee is not paid, future bookings will be paused until resolved 👥 Guests To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, appointments are reserved for clients only. 💡 A gentle reminder Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
