CANCELLATION POLICY

A 70% cancellation fee will be applied for all cancellations/rescheduled made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and a new deposit will have to be made. No shows will be charged 70% of the service and will also be blocked from booking in the future. If you are late for more than 20 minutes without notice, you will be marked as a no-show. There is one reschedule per deposit before the 48 hour cancellation policy, after that, an additional deposit will be required. Must be rescheduled within the same month of scheduled appointment, otherwise deposit will be lost. If by any circumstance there was a need for a re-do, it must be done within 1 week of last appointment. If the input card does not go through at the time to apply the cancellation policy, you will be restricted from booking until the cancellation fee has been made. No extra guests Final Sale. No refunds. Lab tests with name, date and positive result will be excused from the cancellation fee. No home tests.
